The villa has a living/dining room, a luxury kitchen and bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with bath. The garden is oriented South-West, so afternoon and evening sun. The enclosed, private urbanization garden has a beautiful swimming pool. All facilities, such as shops and restaurants, are within walking distance. The bus is 400 meters, 6 kilometers from the beach. The villa can be reached by rental car from Alicante airport. Free parking on the street or on your own property. Nature, culture, tranquility & privacy, good food and drinks, sun and beach and….. nice weather. This part of Alicante has the best climate of Europe with 325 days of sunshine per year.

Casa Tanit has an enclosed swimming pool with a beautiful sunbathing lawn with sufficient privacy.
The garden has parasols around the pool. The swimming pool is easily accessible.

Beach
You can choose from the many sandy beaches and bays in Orihuela Costa. Including Playa Flamenca, Zenia, Mil Palmeras, Torrevieja. The beaches are 5 to 8 kilometers away by car.
There are excellent beach bars (chirinquitos) and restaurants on the beaches and you can rent sunbeds for +/- €5 for the entire day.
