The villa is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, the villa must be available at 10 am for final cleaning. We can be flexible in consultation, based on your flight times.

There is a dishwasher in the villa. It is better for the environment to wash the few plates, cups and glasses yourself. Preferably run the dishwasher at night due to the expensive energy rates in Spain.

The living room has air conditioning (hot and cold). And on the first floor there is an air conditioner that cools and heats the 1st floor.

There is a Dutch Medical Center and there is collaboration with a Dutch doctor, Dr Bernadette Veeger, Centro mar Y Salud, El Morche.

You must bring your own large beach towel or bath towel. Or you can buy one from the stand vendors or in the store.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. There are toppers on the beds in the bedrooms on the first floor. The beds can therefore be used as 1 or 2 person beds. A cot can be added if necessary

You do not need to bring bedding. There are duvets with fresh linen. The bed linen is changed once a week.

There is a Mercadona supermarket in the immediate vicinity of the villa (1300 meters).

You can go here every day for all fresh food (closed on Sundays). There is a small supermarket 400 meters away for small groceries.

Casa Tanit is not a hotel but we rent the villa. That is why we always ask for a deposit of 30% and the remaining amount approximately 2 weeks in advance by bank transfer.

The costs for final cleaning are separate.

There are several boulevards with bars along the coast. If you want shops, bars and restaurants, go to Torrevieja

The bus leaves and stops in the immediate vicinity of Casa Tanit (400 meters) and goes to shopping Center La Zenia. The bus runs irregularly. You pay in cash on the bus.

You do not need to bring towels, but you do need to bring a beach or bath towel. The towels are changed twice a week. These are not intended for sitting at the pool or taking to the beach

Pets are not allowed.

There is free internet at Casa Tanit via the fiber optic network. The WIFI code can be found in the apartment

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, 3-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and all crockery and glassware.

The kitchen also has a dishwasher.

Villamartin has a Mediterranean climate. It can cool down in the evening. But in the summer months it will also be warm in the evenings.

There is plenty of free, safe parking space in the streets surrounding the villa. Or you can park within the gate of the villa on your own property.

There are plenty of restaurants in Villamartin itself and in all surrounding towns. The food in Spain is generally very good and affordable. The atmosphere in restaurants is often more austere than we are used to in the Netherlands, with sometimes brightly lit rooms. The Spaniards also eat later than you, it gets busier after 9 pm. The staff generally eats themselves around 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

But there are many Western European restaurants where you can eat at any time. Villamartin plaza, La Fuente, La Zenia

There is a Mercadona supermarket within walking distance of the villa (1300 meters). Everything is available fresh here every day (closed on Sundays). A smaller shop is 400 meters away.

Smoking is not permitted in Casa Tanit. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and in the garden, provided it does not bother others.

Casa Tanit is not wheelchair adapted. The site slopes gradually and there are steps.

You must maintain Casa Tanit yourself, just like at home. The final cleaning is done at the end of your stay.

You pay the final cleaning costs separately.

Casa Tanit has an HD TV with many domestic and foreign channels. the TV works via a Google Chromecast. You must download the app from Ziggo, KPN or otherwise.

On the day of departure, you must leave Casa Tanit by 10 a.m. for final cleaning. This can be deviated from in consultation with you in connection with your flight times.

There is a washing machine in Casa Tanit. Use the available resources for this.

You can drink the water, but we recommend drinking bottled water. The water is more chlorinated than in our own country.

There is no problem using tap water for coffee, tea and brushing teeth.

The swimming pool is easily accessible to everyone. The depth varies. The swimming pool is open at certain set times. There is also a children's pool

Orihuela Costa has many sandy beaches and beautiful bays. The sea can be very calm but also restless. The beach situation is indicated by flags and in the summer months there is a lifeguard on duty on some beaches.
